Currently, I am working as the leader of the offshore development project (Japan Side)at Myanmar Doraku (MDRK). Prior to joining MDRK, I worked at the IT Doraku, the parent company of MDRK, for a year and a half. In Japan, I did self-study and was taught by seniors variously to improve Japanese language ability. So I was able to improve the work efficiency in my workplace. I would like to advise you that it is important to value friends. I also think that we will enjoy every day by having good relationships with colleagues and seniors at work and having fun with work.
I gained knowledge of IT skills and Japanese at the same time since I joined IT-Doraku. We are recruiting the person who has the desire to work hard and learn, even don't have experiences. The more you do your best, you'll get more chances which you can work like a professional IT engineer. Let's work together.

Currently, I am working on the development of security systems. It was my first time of joining the IT Doraku and I think that it was often that I bothered various kinds of problems with seniors. In addition, there were many things I couldn’t understand unless I asked people in work, but I couldn’t ask due to the lack of my Japanese language skills. Work is made by human relations so that the familiar relationship is the most important point in order to get cooperation comfortably from the surroundings. I am doing my best to the utmost as hard, to become a leader who can lead juniors well. Let's work together happily!
